With over two decades of experience, Founder & Managing Partner Anton Mogilevskiy established MAST to redefine how legal services are delivered. His background includes working at Norton Rose and Allen & Overy, as well as serving as Head of Legal for PayPal Moscow, where he helped obtain a license from the Central Bank and develop PayPal’s Russian operations.

Anton Mogilevskiy
Founder & Managing Partner
Anton has practiced law for more than 23 years in the areas of M&As, joint ventures, investment deals, corporate governance, financial market regulatory matters, launch of new businesses and corporate reorganisations. Prior to the establishment of private practice in 2017, he worked for major international firms Norton Rose and Allen & Overy.
Anton also acted as the head of legal for PayPal Moscow helping PayPal to obtain the license from the Central Bank and develop its Russian business.
Vasily Averin
Partner
Vasily is US and Russia-qualified legal expert with 15 years of experience in corporate advisory and financial spheres, with a particular interest in venture capital industry. He has managed legal function at fund management companies at Sberbank Group and Safmar Group and served on board of portfolio companies.
Vasily previously worked as an associate with Allen & Overy and an associate director at UBS Investment Bank in Russia.
